2. Intellectual Property

The CobrApp mobile application and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, and codes, are the property of CobrApp or its content providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content of the CobrApp mobile application without the prior written consent of CobrApp or its content providers.

3. Use of the CobrApp Mobile Application

You agree to use the CobrApp mobile application solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of use. You agree not to use the CobrApp mobile application to:

• Engage in illegal, immoral, or contrary to good customs activities.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Create false accounts or impersonate others.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the CobrApp mobile application.
• Damage, disable, or overload the CobrApp mobile application or the servers hosting it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the CobrApp mobile application or related computer systems.
• Commit fraud or deception, or attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions.
• Perform reverse engineering, automated data extraction, or any practice intended to compromise service security.

4. Account and User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed performed by you, unless unauthorized use is timely reported.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

CobrApp offers automatically renewing subscriptions through App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan.

Subscription billing, charging, and cancellation are managed through the relevant store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid billing period.

Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies and applicable law. CobrApp does not directly process full payment card information.

CobrApp may change plan pricing and features, notifying users through available channels or through the stores when applicable.

6. Service Availability

CobrApp may update, modify, or suspend features at any time for maintenance, security, or improvement purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

7. User Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit through the CobrApp mobile application. You agree that any content you post or transmit through the CobrApp mobile application does not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

CobrApp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content deemed inappropriate, illegal, offensive, or infringing third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The CobrApp mobile application is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the CobrApp mobile application, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the CobrApp mobile application will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, virus-free, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CobrApp be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the CobrApp mobile application or any content or information available through it.

In the event that CobrApp is determined to be liable to you for any damage, CobrApp's total liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid for your subscription to the CobrApp mobile application.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CobrApp in case of breach of these terms, security risks, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

11. Modifications to Terms of Use

CobrApp reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. If we do so, we will inform you via a notification in the CobrApp mobile application and publish the updated terms of use.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute related to their interpretation or enforcement shall be resolved by the ordinary Colombian courts.
